Yes, done that. It says /etc/getmail/*.conf does not exist.

Without knowing anything else about this server, you'll probably have to get the support guys on to it.

Or you could google the error message to see if anyone else has the same question (they have) and find that it's related to your not having any getmail accounts set up? i.e. not a problem

I don't have LogLevel option. I have another problem too. I sent email out with attachment about 2MB with Outlook Express. But email didn't reach recipient. Seem that ISConfig mail is not good.

Probably best to start a new thread for a new problem. I suspect the configuration though.... what do the mail logs tell you?

I think internet is too slow and spent longer than max timeout to send. Where can I change to increase sending timeout? I think server use postfix.
