Question I Don't See My Sub-folders in Dovecot (IMAP4)

I noticed today that on the mail server, I can see my sub-folders:

Code:
[carlos@mail ~]$ cd mail
[carlos@mail mail]$ ls -la
total 1248
drwx------ 13 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 20:02 .
drwx------ 3 carlos users 4096 Nov 11 16:18 ..
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 18 11:11 .Amazon
drwx------ 2 carlos users 110592 Nov 29 20:02 cur
-rw------- 1 carlos users 38704 Nov 29 15:03 dovecot.index
-rw------- 1 carlos users 964608 Nov 29 20:02 dovecot.index.cache
-rw------- 1 carlos users 9536 Nov 29 20:02 dovecot.index.log
-rw------- 1 carlos users 59 Nov 16 12:43 dovecot-keywords
-rw------- 1 carlos users 264 Nov 29 15:54 dovecot.mailbox.log
-rw------- 1 carlos users 77052 Nov 29 19:24 dovecot-uidlist
-rw------- 1 carlos users 8 Nov 28 18:11 dovecot-uidvalidity
-r--r--r-- 1 carlos users 0 Nov 11 15:55 dovecot-uidvalidity.4cdc5846
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 19:24 .Drafts
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 18 11:11 .Massmusic
drwx------ 2 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 19:24 new
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 18 11:11 .Newegg
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 19:25 .Sent
-rw------- 1 carlos users 27 Nov 29 15:54 subscriptions
drwx------ 2 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 18:47 tmp
drwx------ 5 carlos users 4096 Nov 29 20:02 .Trash
However now when I open up my mail client (Thunderbird) which is configured for IMAP4, I don't see the folders in red listed above. Does anyone know what is causing this or what I need to do so Dovecot can access my folders? I have a suspicion it's the 'subscriptions' text file listed above. Anyone know what is going on?

In Thunderbird, right-click on the account and click "subscribe". It should give you a menu of folders and the option of checking the ones you want to appear in your tree.
