That's not a command. It's the files in the .vnc directory. The result of running the 'ls" command

Code:
[~]$ cd .vnc
[.vnc] ls
mymachine.localnet:1.log passwd xstartup

You can use your favorite text editor
I use:
vi xstartup

hello

today i installed vnc server on Cent Os 5 64bit but after starting - stopping the vnc server the files
mymachine.localnet:1.log and xstartup could not be located on each user's .vnc folder.

any ideas why?

P.S. i have followed the same instructions on the http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/VNC-Server and i am currently stuck at this step.
