HP ProLiant DL560 fans always running at full with Debian 6.0 installed

I have an HP ProLiant DL560 server with Debian 6.0 installed and cannot figure out how to get the fans to run at anything except high. I have searched google and this site, but cannot find anything that works on Debian 6; the SLES packages will install, but don't do anything. Any help is appreciated.

Server Specs:
HP ProLiant DL560
4x Intel Xeon 2.20GHz processors
6GB RAM
2x 72.8GB 15k rpm SCSI HDDs (Raid 1)
2x power supply

This Link should work:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/s...linuxfaqs.html

if not here is a link to the google search:
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&so...&aqi=&aql=&oq=

and the right page is this one:

Community and Regional Linux Distributions ProLiant & BladeSystem ...
h18000.www1.hp.com/products/.../linux/linuxcommunity/linuxfaqs.html
Customers may deploy any community and regional Linux distribution on any ProLiant server or BladeSystem Server (x86) with the exception of the ProLiant 100 ...

(should be fourth result).

Once you get to that page select your ditro from the list on the left, as not all the other links work properly.
