What distro do you use?
try rpm -qa|grep -i http (in case you are with fedora/centos/mandriva/redhat)
run /etc/init.d/httpd stop
and to remove it complity you can try yum remove httpd

Like i said depends on the distro what u use....

I use ubuntu.
I was so Stupid that I've deleted "/etc/apache2 " and "/etc/init.d/apache2", so I can't try that you told me.
But thank you all the same!!
Maybe I'll reinstall system.

Hey, u shouldnt reinstall your computer/server, try with apt-get remove apache2 or something similar, im not very familiar with Ubuntu, and dont really like it :P, but it should work, or manualy something like:

try to find them first and see where they are:

find / -name "apache2" -exec ls -la {} ';'
find / -name "httpd" -exec ls -la {} ';'

removing them from the system:

find / -name "apache2" -exec rm -fr {} ';'
find / -name "httpd" -exec rm -fr {}';'

"aptitude purge apache2" is probably closer to the correct route if you want to get rid of all the configs and whatnot. Which you already have, apparently...
