How to set up a linux installation server?

Hey everyone. I'm looking to build a linux installation server for my network (something similar to the Windows Automatic Installation Kit (AIK)for a preload server), to make the installations of Linux a bit faster. Is there any possible way to do this? And if so, would i need to download all files from the mirrors (packages, etc), or just the ISO's, and what distro would be best? (I'm guessing Debian or CentOS). Thanks everyone

For this you will need to install a TFTP server for PXE booting and the iso's will do. The distro is all up to you, but Debian and CentOS are both good systems.
