how to configure internet load balancing in linux


Hi all,

Please suggest how to configure internet load balancing in linux so that we can use both ISPs simultaneously. The present scenario is given below.

1 Lan Card,
Transparent proxy,
2 ISPs.

i suggest you to use zentyal or clearos for better result...

Dear hesisaboury,

I already have PROXY and DHCP configured and I want to configure Internet load balancing on them.

Dear hesisaboury,

I had tried IP routing as u suggested but its not working. Would you suggest some routers supporting both load balancing and fault tolerance in Multi LAN and Multi WAN.

hi,
u can also use freebsd firewalls(like pfsense) or mikrotik(router , firewall , loadbalance , .....)
they can do what u want...
