How do I add a different Dynamic DNS service provider?

I have Dynamic DNS setup through No-IP.com. How do I add this service provider to my WNDR3400v2 router? It only has DynDNS.org listed and I can't create a free account there. Anyone know how to do this?

Check out if OpenWrt runs on your router.

If you are running the latest firmware and it does not list noip then as far as I know it is not possible. You can run the client from your computer or as suggested if possible use open firmware like DD-WRT.
