How can i disable outbound mail in postfix for few users


Hi
I had configured mail server in ubuntu 10.04 Lucid lynx .Everthing works fine .But i want to block few users not to send the mail to outside world


These is my main .cf configuration file.Any suggestion ,How can i limit few users in sendmail to outside world
