any budy have documentation about create and maintenance FTPSERVER on centos ?

Half of knowing stuff is knowing where and how to find it: if you look at the bottom of this page you'll find the "Similar Threads" listing based on your thread title. Else you could search LQ, or even the 'net (say the CEntOS Wiki, Howtoforge), for threads with "CEntOS" and "FTP" in the title. If both don't yield anything, which given your subject is impossible, then let us know. Else after you've read stuff, if you have any, you'll be able to ask more specific questions.

To give you quick info:

Centos 5.x should have OpenSSH so you can SFTP under root. It also comes with vsftpd which you can turned on by typing ntsysv.

There are others like proftpd as well.

I'm actually looking for help setting up drftpd 2.0.
