Post Freeradius configuration for MAC reauth

Hi,

I'm currently preparing to create uam based auth. I looked through google for some examples and found some for coovachilli. I need to have three things. First thing after user connects to wifi he should be redirected to webpage where he login, when he restarts his laptop, he should be auto authenticated based on mac. I found that on coovachilli there is --macreauth and --macauth options. But I can't find any documentation what should be configured on freeradius server.

Maybe someone did something similar and could give some advice or some examples. Google search also doesn't give any answer. I appreciate any help.
