Enable Exim Authentication

Hi,

I have exim installed on my CentOS 5.8 machine. However I am unable to configure AUTH.

I've been through loads of tutorials, but no luck

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please provide following details so that we could assist you.

1. Link of the tutorial that you followed.
2. Is it smtp auth or pop3/imap auth. Please clarify this
3. Are you able to send mails with out Auth from localhost ?
4. Did you notice any error in exim logs ?

Exim dont have any user authentication and therefore most mailservers
reject mail from it because of the relay.

Yes I am able to.

No there are no related error logs.

Could you rather please point me to a well working guide ?
