Hi,

What do you mean by "Technical Differences"?

The difference in how they are used:

- cron is for running task at a regular base (every hour, day, first of the month etc),
- at, on the other hand, is a one-shot. At a certain time (tomorrow at 14:00) a job is started. Once.

Take a look here: Cron and At "how to" for examples of both.

Hope this helps.
