Exclamation dhcpd listening on random port

Hi

I just finished to install isc dhcpd on a centos 7 server

I configured the dhcpd.conf with a basic subnet, the service start and works normally.

But when i checked the ports with netstat I noticed that dhcpd is listening not only on port 67 but also in a second random port

Every time that I restart the service this port changes

Code:
# dhcpd --version
isc-dhcpd-4.2.5

Code:
[root@server0 ~]# netstat -naup

Is this normal ? How can I disable this random port ?
