By default when dhcp rpm is installed the dhcpd.conf file is installed in /etc/dhcp/
but that is basically an empty file and if you want to follow the sample dhcpd.conf file for the default available syntax then you can visit /usr/share/doc/dhcp-*/dhcpd.conf.sample
