debian 9 wifi and ethernet non works simultaneously !!

I would like to ask you another problem with debian 9.
I have two network cards, one wifi and the other rj45.
When both are connected, through the ethernet network I can login in ssh, view webmin and phpmyadmin, while if I do apt-get update it tells me that it is not connected to the internet.
If I disable the Ethernet network and from the terminal of the server I type apt-get update it works very well.
is it a question of routing the two networks?
with nmtui I noticed that routes can be entered.
How can I use the two networks simultaneously ??

There should be no issue using multiple network interfaces simultaneously (I do it all the time), provided that you have configured the interfaces for the respective networks they are connected to. Start by capturing the current IP assignments and routing table when both are connected and share that information here...
