Could not open/read file:///opt/centso64/Packages/repodata/repomd.xml

I've CentOS_6.4_Final as server and centos 7.5 as client in VMs. i am configuring yum server. I did like this :-
1. copy all packages from dvd to /opt/centos64/Packages/.
2. install createrepo.
3. # createrepo --database Packages/.
4. yum clean all
5. yum repolist
command showed following output :-
Code:
[root@serverora11gr2 yum.repos.d]# yum clean all
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
Cleaning repos: centos64
Cleaning up Everything
Cleaning up list of fastest mirrors
[root@serverora11gr2 yum.repos.d]# yum repolist list
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
Determining fastest mirrors
file:///opt/centso64/Packages/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] Could not open/read file:///opt/centso64/Packages/repodata/repomd.xml
Trying other mirror.
