[SOLVED] Closing port 25 on old mandrake server

Hello

We have a 1000 year old mandrake server at work providing mail services.

We need to close port 25. iptables is not installed.

is there another way of closing ports on linux ?

Are you certain this is the end result you are wanting? If you close port 25 it will not longer be providing mail services.

Yes thats exactly the result we want. we are in the process of moving the users and shutting the server down.
