Changes not reflecting due to Varnish Cache


I am using Varnish Cache. I updated my wordpress post today. I have restarted my server but the changes are reflecting. I have made some important and urgent changes. I want to refresh it soon.
The post in which made changes is - TNEA vacancy position

Purge the page and any related items from the Varnish Cache? Hint: there's plugins if you don't (want to) know how or don't want to RTF(ine)M.
