I really hope that you guys can help me out with this, or have some good ideas. Anyways, I'll give you my current setup, and then explain the problem.

Current Setup:
1 Windows Terminal Server
20 Linux Servers

Problem:
I have multiple users that access 20 Linux servers we have from a terminal server. The problem is that I have to keep creating and deleting accounts on each of those servers every time we hire/fire a user or a user needs to access the server.

I was wondering if there is a simple/central way that I would be able to allow certain users to specific servers, without creating then deleting accounts on every single server all the time. I've looked into openLDAP, but didn't find a way of blocking access to an entire computer. Are there any programs out there that might meet could meet my requirements?

Just to add onto my first post as a possible solution, but is it possible to filter per username. I was thinking if thats possible, then I have everyone log in through a Linux box, and then block/grant access to certain IP address based on their name.
