CentOS 6.2 box reboot by itself


Dear all,

I have server Dell R510 running CentOS 6.2 with kernel 2.6.32-220.2.1.el6.x86_64, yesterday the server reboot by itself, I got crash report email from the server with these information

why this happened, please help me if the problem from OS and kernel or it is a hardware issue from the server

CentOS 6 has been at Update 4 for quite some time now. To illustrate that: your kernel version was released in December 2011. Updates contain newer kernel versions that may fix bugs, so keeping your system up to date seems the first thing to do. See also http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=5371 which references RHEL KB article and PCIE stuffs to try.
