hello i was configuring snmp,snmpd & mrtg to monitoring my router but i cant monitoring other ip i just monitoring my localhost when i was trying to change with ip i got error

- Can you traceroute / 'tcptraceroute' to the remote host?
- Can you nc / hping the remote hosts port?
- Can you snmpget the remote host?
- Can you snmpwalk the remote host?
- Is the remote host properly configured for SNMP?
- Does the remote host use a firewall or any way of black or white listing?
- Are you using the right SNMP Community?
- Are you sure you should be using SNMP version 1 instead of 2 or 3?
