Can someone recommend piece parts construct a reliable green server?

Can someone recommend piece parts construct a reliable green server?

I am thinking:
-Case with hot swapable drives, and energy efficient power supply
-SSD harddrive for 5900 RPM drive
-low power CPU, but one with a decent amount of power, IE. 2.0ghz dual core or better.

TIA

SSD = solid state disk. Nothing is spinning here => RPM=0.

For a cpu you may have a look at the Intel Atom processor family. They were designed for netbooks, but should be powerful enough to meet your requirements and have very low power consumption.
