Can't reconize more the 4G of memory
Hello,
I have Linux version 2.4.33.3 and I have run into a limitation that it will not reconize more than 4G of memory, I have come to the conclusion that I will need to recompile my kernel but what options do I need to enable to support more than 4G of memory. According to dmidecode the bios is reconizing all of the 8G memory but the kernel will only read 4G. This is a web server and I want to make sure if I take it down that it will be down as little as possible I am running 62 chroot jails wich all run apache, proftpd and ldap for each one, this server also servers as a backup DNS and runs mysql for the web sites.
If there is something addressing
