Can't login to webalizer (ispconfig & centos setup)

Hi I'm having trouble logging in to webalizer. I can log in fine with an old account set up through ispconfig but not with a new one. I'd read that it takes 24hours for webalizer to pick it up which I'm pretty sure I've waited that long.

Is there something I could do wrong? I was under the impression that I should set up an email address and that would login to webalizer? If this is correct is there a way to force a refresh on users to get them able to log in now?

Cheers
