Did you read and understand the error message?? It's telling you VERY plainly that your system is not registered with Red Hat...therefore, you
CANNOT DOWNLOAD PACKAGES from the Red Hat Network. The *ONLY* solution is for you to PAY FOR RHEL, then this will work.
Further, RHEL 5.5 is VERY old.
