Bad FQDN/Domain receiving email

Hello!

I'm receiving an email with this from:

name@subdomain.domain.com:Name <email@domain.com>

But the curious thing is that subdomain is in another server, and I need to receive the emails from name@domain.com and not from name@subdomain.domain.com.

I'm using Postfix, but I'm not sure if it's because DNS or Postfix configuration, and I can't find the "name" chain too in any part of the configs.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
