awk command help

I have below awk command in linux

"awk -F[][] '/Request.*.CPN_LQ/ {print $4}' $filename | xargs -0 -I {} grep {} $filename > /path/$filename"

I want to use this same method command in perl.
So any one can help on it.

From the other hand you should know we won't do your job. Show what you have done so far....
