amavisd-new how to add 'spam' notifications to the subject when certain attachment

Hello,

Since few weeks on email accounts are comming email with attachment virus in .doc and .docx format. Is possible to add in subject ***Potential SPAM*** in case when in email is certain attachments like .doc or .docx?

I know in amavis is possible to permanent block particular attachment with directive $banned_filename_re but in this case I don't want block .doc files, just only want add in subject few words to be attention with such email.
