HI, I have configured 389 directory server and created a user in it. Now I want that user to login into windows pc. Can any one guide me regarding this. I have followed documentation that was given in fedora form but no luck.

You need to provide actual details, before anyone can help you with ANY problem. Just saying you followed some documentation, "but no luck", tells us nothing. What version/distro of Linux are you using? Is 389 working for ANY clients, just not Windows? Are you able to verify that the 389 server is up/running/configured correctly? Any messages from logs??? Have you tried to configure/change anything on the Windows side? What version of Windows?
