2016 simplest way of setting a mailing in a clean Ubuntu Server AWS (EC2 micro)

Hello,

I've seem a lot of mailing lists... They all have a website to register that pretty much looks the same. What's the easiest way to create a totally independent one? I was thinking in AWS with EC Micro instance, since it's really easy to create one and it's also free.

Welcome to LQ!
I am unable to tell what your request is.
Please consider http://aws.amazon.com/documentation/

There is no "simplest way". If it was easy, you wouldn't be asking for help.
