xserver SecurityPolicy file?

when i try to start the Xserver i get the following error:

error opening security policy file //lib/X11/xserver/SecurityPolicy

i know for a fact that file doesn't exist on my system, but i have no clue were it is or how to get one, i don't even have the slightest idea of what it looks like, so i cant make one

can someone please post there file so i can copy what i need?, or is there some other way to get/make this file?
