I am looking for some way to be able to let users change their own password but there is a little bit of a twist here.

I use a RH7.3 server as a RADIUS server. The users never really log into the machine. My firewall and RAS server just hit the machine to see if they are valid accounts and then the user is authenticated through to the network.

We just had an admin leave so since we (and he) set up the passwords manually and we don't know which ones he knows we need to reset them all again.

What would really work great would be a web page that the users could hit and put in their userid and change their passwords so we don't ever have to know what they are.

Is there such a product available?

You could use Usermin. Allow users to log in with their old passwords and request them to change their password. Or you could simply expire all passwords yourself and re-issue them. I would go with the latter (unless you have over a hundred users or more)
