Thank you for your response. you are correct - I have gigabytes of files - i only posted what was on a stick from a few nights ago. I'll repost more from tonight along with a new video accompanied by all the logs in /var. When i was at Kinkos earlier it was only then that I realized how many files I had saved on the 8 sticks that I brought. My apologies I will get the dmesg, syslog, messages and other logs. If someone can suggest a place I can upload screen shots from my iPhone that might be beneficial to keep things moving. Thanks again.

This was a targeted attack. As it turns out, I had a surveillance team on me for the last 2 months in the apartment above me. Two of my friends were actually undercover agents. I know how ridiculous this sounds.

My advice is not to have a relationship with a federal crown prosecutor and leave her for another woman. My apologies to ubuntu. But, the "live user session" thing is a gaping security hole. What they did was copy every cd-rom and new bootable device that was in my apartment and re-mount a slightly modified version that would not enable me to undo their BIOS addressing (totally a BIOS boot approach...shadow RAM is bad!)

FYI for those following this: my stripped down un-networkable laptop and 8 other computers was networkable because...the AC adapter I had purchased on eBay actually had a wireless transmitter in it; when I bought it for 1.97 off eBay I thought it was too good to be true and -- it was. Bizarre but true. I have everything documented but the earlier logs I posted and have now pulled at the request of my lawyer contained everything anyone who knows this stuff needs to see. Thanks for your support in the meantime. Now contemplating a response to this total abrogation of privacy and rights just because I broke up with the wrong girl...

Okay, that's enough. Seriously, the type of help you really need cannot be found online.

Besides, you're apparently unable or unwilling to understand that all we truly care about is technical facts/evidence, not fantastical claims of being the victim of APT-like conspiracies. This is a technical forum, and it's simply unacceptable for our members' valuable time and energy to be wasted on someone's TFH role-playing infatuation. Thread closed.
