tripwire vs lfd vs...

When it comes to checking file integrity, what services does everyone use and why? I'm just looking for some first hand experience in what everyone is using on their production systems.

I cannot compare

I cannot compare different packages, because I use only "aide". I do not use tripwire, because I do not want to play with encryption. Aide does the same as tripwire, however it is easy to use.

Aide, Samhain, GNU/Linux distribution package manager verification features and SHA or HMAC hash-checking scripts [0|1|2|3|4].
