To restrict maximum download file size in Squid proxy
Dear All,
I have configured Squid proxy on Linux box and is working fine without any problem in network.
Now I want to implement
1) the restriction in squid so that any user can not download file greater than 20MB
2) The above restriction is to be applied only for Working period i.e
09:00 to 18:00
Please can anyone help me what rules is to be inserted in squid.conf file
Thanks and Regards
Satish

Look the "squid-users" mailing list archives
Limiting the size has been recently discussed on the "squid-users" mailing list, and combine it with the acl setting the open hours.

We're not here to give you everything without some work by your own!
The mailing-list archives are on the Squid official site!
