SuSE7.2 Firewall, how do I restart it, without a reboot

Hi

I know this is simple, but I don't know the answer, so its not simple to me.

I have setup SuSE firewall (IPChains based) and it works fine, problem is, I am unsure how to restart the firewall to apply any rule changes. Currently I just reboot, but thats a drag, any help would be great.
