Question sfill from THC and gam-server

When using sfill to wipe free disk space, gam-server starts chewing up as much as 50-60% CPU on my FC3 installation and the wipe takes forever. Is there a way to resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

AFAIK GAM is something similar to FAM. You could check if stopping GAM (if nothing on the system is adversely affected by stopping GAM) for the duration of the wipe will help.
