netbrute alternative?


I recently found out about a program called netbrute. It lists the windows machines shares files and other stuff. Is there an alternative program/script that I can use to do similar things in linux?

i think you need samba, cups and prolly foomatic for file and print sharing with window boxes.

im not sure bout netbrute..never tried it ...sounds to me like some port scanner that listens on port 139 netbios for windows share.

UNIX equipped hacker....is there really such thing as a windows equipped hacker???

you might wanna give nessus a try ...go to their website and read on ...its self explanatory
