KMail with gnupg

OK, So I followed a guide from the KMail website on how to set up KMail to talk nice with gnugp(or gpg-agent). I got as far as having my pub/priv key trust=5 and primary. KMail recognizes my key as a key to use with my email address. I can send the mail fine but when it gets to me I keep trying to put in the passphrase that is mine and was encrypted with my key. But the decryption keeps failing. Funny thing is if I copy/paste it to a text-file and "gpg --decrypt" it I can read it! So I'm lost on what the problem is. Any Thoughts?

Any error messages? Tried with another MUA like pine(-gpg) for instance? AFAIk pine-gpg inserted some correction filters into procmail rc so it recognizes the message, maybe Kmail needs something similar.

Nope, works out of the box ...

The only things I can think of are that maybe he defined
more than one key, and it's trying to pick up the wrong
one from the mail address it sees, or that the settings in
KMail are for PGP rather than GPG ...

Cheers,
Tink
