I cannot get my Linux Firewall to let emails to my news account on Domino.

I am using redhat 8 firewall and I am new to it. I just added another user to my Notes email database, but any mail from the outside gets blocked by my Inet box. It gives me the error

Remote host said: 450 <>: User unknown in local recipient table
Despite repeated attempts, this message could not be delivered.

Can Someone help me?

450 <>: User unknown in local recipient table

( BTW, that is not a problem with the Linux firewall. It is a problem with Domino. AFAIK Domin doesnt run on Linux.
So your question isnt related to Linux security, what this forum is about. This thread will be moved to /General. )

"Regular" SMTP error code: no local recipient found. Check if email address is correct, check if local email account exists. If all fails you could add a local "catchall" account (if you dont already have those like mailer-daemon and postmaster) to deliver undeliverable email to.
