is this a security setting of mine?

are others getting the same message about script-kiddies using my ip range

I had a look at the page source. It's just a spoof.

Hello,

I'm getting the same page shown when going to the URL. When substituting the URL for the IP (74.208.120.86) found trough network tools then I get a different page with a 404 not found error.
