The point is that these forums don't exist to promote bad behaviour and cracking security (...) You want to crack a computer, take it somewhere else.
You're right. This is the stance LQ always has taken towards illegal or damaging activity. It isn't gaining knowledge but the application that causes problems, in his case the box ain't his. Maybe we would send a more clear message if we explicitly promote this as a White Hat forum, if that term still means something.

This is ...... rediculous, spoon helps someone, and for that, people tell him not to give help/advice or even there opinion, does this forum have a dictator ruling it or what?

I think it is you who needs to do some thinking about your attitude. You explicitly stated that you were trying to get around legitimate access control measures applied by someone who had the authority to do so. If that isn't a solid definition of cracking, then I don't know what is. Yes, you could have lied through your teeth and said that you had forgotten your Grub password and could someone help you, and you would have likely gotten that help. But the point is you didn't. You said you wanted help cracking and unfortunately spoon chose to not respect the rules of this forum and told you how.
And the dictator shot is completely unwarranted. Jeremy pays for this site out of his own pocket and that gives him the right to set the rules for its use. If you can't abide by those rules, I suggest you find somewhere else to ask your questions. When you're footing the bills, then you can set the rules, but until that day I suggest you learn a few manners.
I support what Hangdog42 says. sennabutton this is an issue between you and your father. Instead of trying to bypass his authority through subversion and in turn, add further to your problems by adding distrust you should rather try and talk to him. You need to perhaps explain why you want to spend time on the computer. This kind of behaviour is not helping you but rather hindering you. I know if I was your father I would probably get rid of the computer, but that's me.
This is ...... rediculous,
No it isn't. And BTW if there was any 'tisk'-ing to be done I'd be the one doing that.
spoon helps someone,
The "helping" part is appreciated as always. No doubt about that. The problem is in how he tries to justify the situation we all know should not be dealt with that way. Weirdly enough his idea about motivating it is exactly what I would say: if you ask a question in broad terms and not that overt it stands much more chance of not being sniped for violation of rules.
and for that, people tell him not to give help/advice or even there opinion, does this forum have a dictator ruling it or what?
Again it 's not the help or advice, but the fact he ignores the fact you're damaging property that is not yours. That kind of red flags should not be ignored.
//Moderator note: let's end this discussion about this topic here. Thanks.
