How do you install Encryption program? I used the command from root
[root@host ~]# rngd -r /dev/urandom
the return message bash :rngd: command/not found

Reason: Title should not read "Urgent" because it isn't. So please don't.
1) That you consider something urgent does not mean anyone else does. Remember, we are all volunteers here.
2) "Urgent" is not an informative post title, as it gives no hint as to what your post is about. Persons who might be able to help you could well overlook your question. A title such as "Need Help with Encryption on [Distro Name]" would have been more informative.
It is usually best to install from the distribution's repositories. Some one could explain that but you haven't indicated which of the hundreds of different Linux distributions you are using.
