Firewall Install Errors With KDE and Mandrake

Hey All,
I am trying to install firestarter from the .tar package, but am having no luck. The errors are all below, but if anyone would be so kind as to point me to a place where I can download the PRM package, I would appreciate it, as thats what I had before and it installed no problem.
Ok, the errors:

Well, thanks. That address took way to long to load on my computer, but I was able to use the link a friend sent me via email: http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sou...-3mdk.i586.rpm
