Excessive downloads with no traces

My ISP is suddenly charging for excess downloads I didn't have, is there any tools available
that would allow me to check my system for this particular problem?

What I have:
Fedora C2 Bash Mozilla
A LAN of 3 machines (next to each other)
A netcomm ADSL modem
A AU$28.95 plan download limit 200MB (plenty for my needs)
A "dynamic" ISP address

The set up is:

machines ----> modem ----> ADSL line

Thank you for your help.
