Question Error in Security Log

I have seen this everytime I boot up...any idea what is this?....I don't have this error in RHEL AS 3.0 Update 4....but upgrading to AS 4.0 it shows up.

Mar 7 12:39:46 xxxx sshd[2475]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.
Mar 7 13:40:30 xxxx userhelper[4420]: pam_timestamp: updated timestamp file `/var/run/sudo/root/unknown'
Mar 7 13:40:31 xxxx userhelper[4421]: running '/usr/share/system-logviewer/system-logviewer.py' with root privileges on behalf of 'root'

Thank you in advance.

Re: Error in Security Log

Mar 7 12:39:46 xxxx sshd[2475]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.
Harmless informational message regarding sshd startup. To make it go away, set the hostname (or IP) in the /etc/ssh/sshd_conf file.

Mar 7 13:40:30 xxxx userhelper[4420]: pam_timestamp: updated timestamp file `/var/run/sudo/root/unknown'
Mar 7 13:40:31 xxxx userhelper[4421]: running '/usr/share/system-logviewer/system-logviewer.py' with root privileges on behalf of 'root'

Another harmless informational message. The redhat system configuration tools (like system-logviewer, redhat-config-securitylevel, etc) all require root access in order to run them (the password dialog box pops up and prompts for the root password). If the password is entered, then the application runs and 2 log msgs appear. The timestamp message occurs because the system will time-out the application after a certain amt of time so the tool isn't left open on the desktop. The second lets you know which app was run and which user was successfull authenticated.
