CVS login acl

Hi All,

Need to restrict cvs login from specific IPs

in file /etc/security/access.conf
+ : builduser : 10.200.2.1

do not work

when changed to ALL as below it works
+ : builduser : ALL

What is the other way to do it?

I looked at the file: /etc/security/access.conf and the comments seem to suggest that if you want to ban that user from access from one ip, that the correct line might be:

- : builduser : 10.200.2.1

Caveat Emptor: I'm not a system administrator.

Hi,

When a cvs users logs in to the cvs server as cvs -dserver:userass@cvs-server-ip:/cvs co -r HEAD <Project> for some reason IP is not known that is why it is not working.
