was there a question? I think I had one yesterday, now I've forgotten it... will have to start thinking again - I think. Lucky I really don't need to add anything significantly important to be eligible. To win, please.
I guess this applies to all the members irrespective of their location. But you should not receive the regular print media copy of the subscription in case you win.
i love Linux & whilst I know everyone here does, I've used various distros over the years. I started with Caldera (SCO later on) then moved to SuSE, then after much frustration with OpenSuSE I departed for Ubuntu. I've used Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Mint & in each I've used KDE, Gnome, XFCE (usually to get out of trouble) & with 5 boxes at home all running Ubuntu successfully I don't use that other OS unless using it at work.
I'd love to contribute more but from the program usage POV, not so much the orogramming. I think this offers more potential in changing views than does the brilliance of the programs. People need to know they can just do the things they want rather than reboot to Windows when Linux won't function.
