Post A bit of news on accessibility in Linux

Recently, the speechcontrol project SpeechControl and the SII projects Have been moved 'upstream' from Ubuntu to Linux, if there are any people interested in either Accessibility or Artificial Intelligence please do feel to pop on. They have already assembled a good collection of programmers, but as with all young projects, we've been looking a the wreckage of some 5,000 previous projects. We have two inspiring team leaders and maintain our close ties to Ubuntu and other distributions. I'm just the harassed head of admin :P But as both their teams are committed to Linux, we have moved upstream. Myself and my padawans (Ubuntu speak for someone learning how to help others better and spread the word of Linux.) are also actively helping, along with a couple of wiki gurus and a journalist who could have done a better job of this than I just have done

Regards,

Phillw
